Walter Baets has a background in business and education. He is an international keynote speaker and storyteller, with a keen focus on impact, inclusion, values and innovation for good. His career brought him, for multiannual assignments, to 7 countries on two continents, which allowed him to develop a vivid multicultural sensitivity.
His interest in the stories behind the visible, brought him already early on to photography, and in particular photojournalism. While he could not always give this interest ample time, this has changed over time.
